    951 stapler finisher FS-532 problem

    Hi guys.

Got a problem. J-7220 small size paper PS-10 times out waiting for the document to exit.
    Document drops back into stacker.

On the eject the stapled stack jams against the top jaw that houses the exit driven rollers.
Checked the belt timing, the eject block was replaced with a common KM red roller sleeve that works well as a replacement.
Found some scraped in marks on the far end staple tray guide. Shaved those out with a razor.
It seems to be the slightest amount of upward paper curl that catches a bit of draft there.
Know these finishers to do that with 3 or 4 page documents.

Hope the problem is not behind the main tray plate.

Anybody know more about this problem?

Know already how i can mod this to work by reducing the amount of space under the staple tray(width) guides.
Good use for a plastic 2L coke bottle a scissor and some glue.
But got a gut feeling that its timing related or some dirty sensors in that bottom jaw part that needs to be found.
Looks like one thing but could be something else.
    Whatever
