    C3850 Airprint

I have a C3850 that i cant turn the Airprint (to Print)on, if i go into the screen where i can turn On or Off
I press On but it just doesnt save the setting if i go out of the screen and then back in its Off again, I've tried updating firmware.

There is another C3850 in a different room which the Airprint works fine the only noticable difference is the one that doesn't work has a fax board installed.
    Would this cause this problem?
Is there a dipswitch that needs to be changed?

Any help would be appreciated as this has got me stumped

    Re: C3850 Airprint

We have had this happening when upgrading the firmware for SMB v2 support.
The workaround we got from KM was the following:
Change software sw 13 from 00 to 04, please note that all settings like IP address and address book will be lost.
    The MFP will reboot.
Wait until the MFP is ready and the change software sw 13 back to 00. The MFP will reboot again.
After this step you can enable Bonjour and Airprint again.
