Using a different color or maybe even black with new aftermarket chip. Run around 60 11x17 half tones and you will see the color gradually change after all the original color is used up it will change to color you want.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It should work if it's at less than 100% of life.
I would not run 100% cyan fill images. You don't want to completely de-tone the developer, just deplete it. 70% fill images is fine.

If the unit does not reset properly then face C255X error. Best to get the aftermarket chip.
Whatever
Only way to reset is with new chip.
a lot of times if cyan went bad could be clogged toner port or blk could be over due. throws the voltage out of range
