Rebadged Lexmark
Hello everyone
Is anyone else having issues with the drums in the rebadged monochrome Lexmark products? I can't think of a single drum that has made it to full yield. They crap out anywhere between 25 and 80% left. We have contacted KonMin but get the same old "You are the only ones this is happening to". I am referring to anything from the BH3300p to the BH4050.
Any comments appreciated
Thanks

Re: Rebadged Lexmark
These lil guys dump like crazy and now I use my vacuum just cuz of these lil boogers. Drums don't last, unless the customer isn't picky about copy quality. Most drums seem to go bad around the 70% usage from what I've seen

Re: Rebadged Lexmark
A few days ago I had to replace a drum on 4052 to 40%. It was blocked

Re: Rebadged Lexmark
Absolute crap supplied by KM.
Its the "OEM" toner!!!!
Tested it by replacing the toner with TN113!
Take the drum in question and strip and vacuum out the toner roller assy and toner tank fill with TN113.
Some one even claimed that TN512 works in there.
Had a huge fight about this with them with no luck. They gave me firmware for the issue...
Renders the machine a loss

Re: Rebadged Lexmark
The Bizhub 4052 at 42 cpm is slower to the similar looking new Lexmark XM3250 at 50 cpm which is also very similar to the new Toshiba e478s at 50 cpm.
Has anyone rec'd acceptable yields on the XM3250 toners and imaging units?
