    Lightbulb bizhub 367 Unable to Print

    New problem!

    bizhub 367 is unable to print from network and from USB cable. Print from external memory is OK.

    Symptoms> Network port lights are dead, no blink. Even not printing over usb by attaching directly to single PC. No detection of hardware (For USB). Network port shows cable is unplugged. Seems like both RJ45 and USB ports are not working at all.

    Work Done> RTFM! Could not find anything relevant or useful except by enabling USB PC print in Enhanced Security mode. Firmware upgraded, Initialized, Driver re-installation for USB. Add hardware check. Checked security settings, Network settings, IP filtering.

    If its the faulty MFP Board then can i check it by running self diagnostic test? In manual it is about compression/decompression and image data transfer check etc.

    what else it can be?

    Initialize the network card in the service mode and try again, but first check in admin mode is the network settings on
