    Hi all
    Got a B554e jamming (j30-03).
Paper gets into the fuser and stops.
So far replace fuser drive/exit clutch, reg unit, exit unit, duplex unit, fuser, complet pickup unit, fuser drive motor and 2nd transfer door, checked all the icp's on PCRB but still no luck.
    Machine is on 400k.
    Am i missing something

Recently a Mono 754 had that exact jam code.
The first third of the A4 60gms paper was hitting a toner build-up hidden into the duplex unit. Disassemble is a joke.
Never heard back that particular customer.

Really strange it's still jamming with everything you replaced.

Does it do it every time? Paper stop at same "exact place"? If "exact place" it has to be a sensor. If where paper stops varies then look at clutches, rollers, etc.

Are there any sensors that were not replaced with everything you did replaced? That's all I can think of right now. Let you know if anything else comes to mind.

30-03 is usually the exit clutch CL8. I've done a lot of them. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

If you print A4 in SEF and LEF. Does the the leading edge or the trailing edge stay in the same position?
That is if the jam is in the same position every time.
    Changed any harnesses?
    Whatever

    Image is fine.
Does the same on all trays including the bypass.
    No harness changed.
Jams in the same spot ( constatinas in the fuser)

Change the fusing unit drive clutch as seen below.
If it is the first time changing it out at least 2 hours aside.

There are two clutches in that drive pack CL6 and CL8. They're identical. Are you sure it was CL8? =^..^=
