1250 Not making good prints PM to PM

I have a KM 1250 that is not making good prints pm to pm. It seems to be getting worse from pm to pm. What has been happening is that it starts to have light gray streaks appear on prints. Will be first couple of a batch print, The streaks fade and then prints look good. I noticed this about 4 pm's ago. Now streaks show up about 600K. Previous pm was about 750K, pm before that about 800k, and so on. I follow pm cycle on all parts. Use only KM parts. HV1 and ICB have been replaced recently for other issues we were having. Anybody else experience this? Thanks
