I have a leasing company i just put in a C364 and it prints backwards like from last page to front randomly does anyone know why this would happen?
its a weird thing but i have no reason to think the client is commanding the printer to do this,firmware is up to date,driver? corrupt?

Please provide more info. There are numerous scenarios for this to happens.
What OS, apps, version and type of print driver they use?
Simple case-from time to time someone may print desired page range in reverse order, i.e from 20-1.

yeah i think this is whats happening, they are older people and dont really have a lot of computer savvy , i bet its just that, the print pages is reversed instead of 1-20 , they have it 20-1 some how....
