We have just placed a rebuilt 951 at one of my customers and during large runs it seem to pause for up to 5 minutes at a time. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this may be happening? We placed two and the other one does not have this issue. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

Try swapping the fusers over between the two machines and see if the fault transfers. You may have a faulty heater lamp.
Do you get "Now correcting." message boxes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If memory serves there was a setting like "Fuser Pre-rotation" or something in the common settings which caused it to give large pauses between jobs to "avoid" damage in the fuser.
I don't like the new copier I just bought. It says "put face down" but every time I do it, it blinds my eyes.
At about 5Mil the fuser lamps gets too weak. They deteriorate and cause that trouble.
Replace the lamps.
