service code c-2227 on konica c11000 pro black machine

Hi guy,

I opened imaging unit on my konica c1100 B/W machine to remove jam paper entered cleaning blade.
When i restart machine. I had service code C-2227 appear!
I check if i forget any connection or part, nothing.
An idea please?

Finally it was developper unit motor blocked.
I fixed it just buy removing some developper from unit.
