Check the print log. Does it say "error deletion"?
Are you using account track or user authentication?
If you use verify on the driver does that work?

in the properties of the printer, check the box for driver popup so you can type in the account code/auth info so it will print.

"copytrack" is that 3de party software or do you refer to account track on the machine?

sorry is acct track . now the function version is 9 ? at manual is c224e is last is version 7
read the PDF for that firmware, sometimes they suggest new print drivers however will it print if you enter the acct track password?
its under the basic tab for auth/acct track
or under settings tab, authentication you can have it popup a box for the password every print.

Are you sure that the setting of SW25 matches the installed FW version?
I have never seen a funtion version 9 fw for this model.
on my machine device information show it ....
