konica c284 Fuser/exit section squeaking noise when idle

the fuser rotates so it wont develop flat spots.
i find the oil roller bushings are the squeaky culprit. replace them with brass and a drop of fuser oil. done.
in worse cases i remove the oil roller assy totally and know i will have to replace the fuse in a month or two.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

I just fired up a C284 in my shop to see operation:
Haven't had many issues with the C284 fusers making noise.
The fusers rollers don't turn all the time just every so often to prevent flat spots. Exit/fuser rollers stop immediately after last page exits and mostly exhaust fans run for a min or so, then goes into idle with sounds like just a fan running and every so often the fuser will advance slightly. There are adjustments to set how long it runs after last page exits. Doubt a fan would make a "squeaking" noise. Maybe something else is turning but not sure what it could be, only thing that would make sense is the fuser turning. But it stops and pressure is released from fuser roller & belt. You can jump the side door interlock and watch operation.
Also don't think there are cleaning rollers inside the C224/284/364/454 fusers like the IH heating type fusers C554/654/754 which have the cleaning & brush rollers that are replaceable and usually cause of noises. There was a bulletin with new style bushings for the brush roller & cleaning roller inside the C554/654/754 iducter fusers. These were poor designed fusers based on same footprint from the C451, etc!
Do you see rust here?
