Issue on cyan unit konica C1085

    Hi,

We have issue when printing 100% cyan on left side of the sheet.
When we print picture or image not containing excess cyan, there is no problem.

We change, développer, drum, corona, transfert... nothing work

here attached some picture, you can see on some place there is lack of cyan.

    Thanks,

We print complete sheet 40% of each color. MYK are ok but on cyan there is like wave.
We replace drum unit, developer, corona, transfert... nothing work

    Cyan PRINTHEAD/ROS/Laser

    I don't think you are a tech..
get out your USER manual look thru 'troubleshooting' Image Quality.. follow the suggestions.

I'm looking at your photos and find an interesting discrepancy with your description: the color at the right of your photo reads C:0 M:4 Y:8 K:68

I detect variations in M to left increasing to 14 then decreasing to 4, and K 68 diminishing to the left to 40. But there isn't a single pixel of cyan in the photo anywhere. I don't think this is a very good print sample, especially if you suspect cyan. Try this:
    =^..^=
    Attached Files Attached Files
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
