I think you might be confusing A4(letter) and A3(11x17) sizes.

There is a common issue on this series with the spring on the exit guide. You can fix it by trimming the spring a little to increase pressure.

After looking more closely at the posted pic, I see your point. That has got to be B4 size (like Blackcat had guessed), not A4. And looking at how long that sheet of paper is....you are correct, no way can it be fed LEF.

Some times honesty fixes the problem. Could be that the machine times out on a sensor or even firmware related, but probably not.
Who knows these things.

I have to admit, I may be wrong. After second look paper on picture seems too long. I guess BC assessed/measured it correct.
