Hello, can anyone help me with the c-2813 code? I already switched developer unit, developer, drum, chargin cororn, gamma sensor and pm kit. I already cleaned the connectors on the machine and the imaging unit ... anyone?

I have had some problems with the ´tcr´connector of dev. unit. and sometimes with the connector process assy, the value of tcr cyan was 0
