KM c6500 fiery ic-408 software problem

Halo,

I'm writting to you for help. after no electricity problem in my company fiery gives me FF error. I made everything like service manual tolds me to. My friend gives me iso image of software, and when i connect computer with (cross cable) win xp sp2, then sp3, then win xp from vbox and try to start installation with fieryinstaller.exe nothing happend. When i try to start it from command prompt it gives me "program too big to fit in memory". Can anyone help me with that softwere ? I'm starting to think that there is something wrong with that iso image.

(before i wrote this i clean the cmos, and made everything what i find on this forum)

did you flip the switches?
did you plug the ethernet into the copier port on the fiery?

yes i turn the service switches to "on" position and connect computer with fiery via crossover cable

to the copier port on the fiery right? not the LAN port.

yes, I unplugged all other cables and connect only computer-fiery via ethernet slot

What I recall on those controller was bad with Ethernet Installation Method. I suggest use the USB installation instead.

Installation to the USB takes about 15-20min then it will take another 45 when you install the USB into the fiery.

There is an EFI Tool for installing the ISO into the USB.
