    demo page

Usually only work on the bigger machines but have a few customers asking for smaller color machine. I see a lot of C3350's at the off lease warehouse where I buy my machines. It seems a lot like the C35 which was crap!

Is the Biz C3350 suppose to have a demo page where the config, & font lists usually are? Every K/M I've worked on the last several years have that demo page with the bird on it.
No big deal but it's nice to have have that page to check quality when servicing, etc.

    Thanks

Poster wants to print the DEMO page.

The C3350 doesn't have this option, possibly because its not actually made by Konica Minolta just "rebadged"

You can still do your gradation & test prints in CE mode.

    Agreed..
Seem to be lucky with them. Its an acceptable machine as to where the C35 is a disgrace of a thing.
That and its relative the B36/42.

We should start known issue threads on the machine.
What KM machine do you think will have the longest one?
    Whatever

My bad.... I thought all "Monicas" had the same test pages built in.

Will try and remember for the next one.... Thanks.

Thanks everyone. Didn't realize it was rebadged. I know the small B&W 25e is a Muratec which the few I sold seem to be working decent. Is the C3350 also a Muratec? The control panel looks like a mini 4 series plus you enter service mode the same so figured it was K/M design. Never know know a days.

Often it's hard to identify the KM re-bdges. KM usually writes their own firmware, so the KM experience is pretty uniform even on the Lexmark rebadges. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
