    You're right, in fact I corrected myself in the next post.


    However, if the printer is slow or frozen, you try to turn it off for 10 seconds and unplug it.


    Hang up and see what happens. If it continues to give problems, a technician is required.

    First of all, try:

    Physical Formation;
    Logical Formatation;
    Installing firmware movie data;
    Check if the HD is enabled, as was said by friends in previous posts.

    That machine has a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty with konica. Maybe pay for labor but the board should be free.
    Are you using an authorized KM dealer? If not that's your problem.
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.

    You eventually will need new MFP board, but in the meantime may search here for user acusso1234
    I believe he is from Italy. Contact him, he may advice.

    If you know how to run the "Self Diagnosis" I would try that.
    If you don't know how to run it, get your tech to do it.

    It will test boards and systems and give you an error report
