Have you replace only drum or drum and drum cleaning blade because it looks like cleaning blade damaging drum?
Can you wipe this yellow lines or its physical damage on drum surface?
I use only OEM DU-104 on this 5501/6501 and never have problems, they last for 200-300% over life without quality issue.
i replace drum with blade always i tried both oem and long life drums same result lines start at 1st print ,scratches after 200 pages.
i cant wipe them i tried its permanent.

    DU102 drums only.

    do not use DU104.

make sure your removing the red screws from the drums when replacing.

what is meter/life of DV unit? DV?

You really should have someone look at that machine that knows what there doing.
The red headed screws are at either end of the drum unit to keep the dcb blade of the drum while in transport.
