You've got to be kidding...
I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess he means uploading firmware.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
And I would guess that he thinks he needs a firmware update to resolve a paper jam issue..One boat anchor coming up...lol
Call a qualified technician. It will save you money in the long run.
