Bizhub C759/C558 ID & Print Problems

Hi Guys,

Anyone had any issues with User Authentication with Id & Print on Konica machines where one of the users at random is releasing another users print jobs.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Are the users accidently using the same id and pin info..I had an office where multiiple users were using "1" and "1". E

All the users are on their own individual usernames and their own computers/laptops. I did think along similar lines as to username or computer sharing.
