Does anybody know the DIPSW to make large paper a single click? The manual is opaque on the topic. I found four different switches that sounded pertinent, but had no effect.
If you know, please send it as a private message. Thanks. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thought that I would post this because it is no longer in the dip switches to change this. It is called the size Coefficient. It is in 7.6.2 of the manual.
KEN
Thank for the nudge in the right direction.
Got it (aka inf.1, inf.2, etc):
size 1 = 10" or less (i.e. 3549 1/10th's of a mm)
size 2 = 16.5" or less
size 3 = 19.2" or less
size 4 = 27" or less
size 5 = 36" or less
size 6 = 36.02" or less
It appears that size 3 is the only one that needs changing.

This is the information that i have it.
Thanks. It is done. For those doing this there is a DIPSW that must be set to see the correct menu items in the Fee Collection Menu Setting Screen. It set me back about 1/2 hour. =^..^=
