    KM PRO C5501/FS-602 Booklet Error

    Hi all,

    One of these days with stupid problems.... for some reason when our Customer is trying to print booklets they're getting an error saying "It is not possible to staple because of the finisher limitations (Finisher supports up to 1 sheets maximum).

    Now obviously that's not right. Can't figure out what's wrong though.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    what is the media type and GSM?
    booklet makers seem to only work on plain 75gsm paper for full capability
    We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
