Like allan said, check optics and mirrors they are out of position.

ZaZa. How are you doing? Long time no see.
If it's copies only, why would it be developer?
IF only copies. Something in the Scanner is not working as the contributor suggested.
If only when copying and internal pages & prints from computer look fine then check and reseat connectors on the CCD unit
