C364e cannot authetificate account tracking department id

It did show the message that all data will be clearer then I proceed with "Yes" then "OK"

What I suspect is the machine is set to only card authentication only. Yet, the option suppose to be there is hidden.
How can I enable it ?

Well I've never seen a device using account track be able to login with cards. You might be able to do it using keyboard wedge mode but I doubt it.

In CE mode billing settings is management function choice set on "UnSet"

You are looking for the billing modes that can be used to enable/disable various card readers or key counters. This is a special key sequence to access that screen. Was this machine used when you got it? Any chance it was in a CAC/PIV environment? E

SERVICE MODE stop 9 or stop 0 Clear
vendor mode turn off

As Synthohol stated, Stop 9 once in service should bring up built in billing mode.

Found the error at the end.
The hardisk is disabled at the service mode. When using user tracking hardisk must be turn ON.
