    C280 Wrong Levels

    HI -

We are having issues with our C280 Bizhub as it seems it does not recoganise when we replace the drum units - replaced with geniune units. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

    Regards

im asking because its a common error, are you reading the "gas gauges" correctly?
the older machines showed an empty gauge that meant its full/new.
does the minutes of use in life counters go to 0?

Its not complicated, few screws and whole unit goes out but i never change developing units unless it cause problems, its quite expensive (CMY),black is cheap.
Regarding not recognizing new drum unit, never have that case with OEM drum unit.
Its new out of the box OEM drum unit?
