If you did indeed replace those Image units with new oem units......then unfortunately you might have an issue with the mfp board or PH unit.Originally Posted by KEN

Anything can be made to work if you fiddle with it long enough- San Diego Copier Repair.com
I'm going to guess that you've got a shorting cyan developing unit, knocking out the cyan primary charge. I believe that this machine uses color imaging units, so you'll get everything you need with: IU-711C A2X2-0KD.

1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
