We have a client with a c3850 that we can’t get to print legal. Has both drawers and all set up correctly. Machine next to it is the same unit and prints legal and mixed sizes no problem. Any ideas what could be going on or changed ?

Go to copy screen. Touch auto paper. What size paper is showing in trays? Snap and attach a pic.
You mentioned printing... are the drivers correct? Aquired "TRAY 2"?
