C352 Fuser Reset

Can anyone tell me if the fuse and process is the same for the C352 as it is for the C250. Also is the C350/C450 the same? I have searched the forums and can only gather that the Transfer Unit is done exactly the same way.

Thanks

James

Have you not seen the notice from KonicaMinolta dated 29/10/2008 about this problem?

We are an Olivetti dealer selling the rebadged Konica bizhub colour machines. They tend not to release many bulletins.

Could you send me this? or link me to it?
