KMBS Emperon halftone problems

Has anyone had success printing halftone dot patterns from color separations on late model Konica Minolta copiers such as C203, BH200?The halftone dots print correctly on older printers and copiers, but come out smooth gray with no good visible dot pattern on the newer Emperon's printing from CorelDraw. The dots are necessary for a customer using screen printing equipment for shirts, etc. Any help would be appreciated!

I have had customers complain about the same thing they want to see the dot pattern that they saw on an older 400 or 300 dpi printer. They can't understand that the majority of people do not want to see such a thing and the manufactures have loaded up the new machines with plenty of technology to prevent and eliminate just that. If they don't want to use old printers then they have to upgrade their plate maker or what ever they are using, you can try using a PCL driver for an old 300 dpi printer but the machine will even compensate for that.
