Message:
Machines makes good print outs (good copy quality)
but when using the glass or the feder (basically when using the scanner) the image becames too ligth almost no visible.

the scan to email samenthing too ligth

any report or printout its ok

cleaned lens mirror and nothing


anyone have ran into this?

Yeah this is pretty common for 2-3 year machine
keep cleaning
glass, lamp, mirror bellow lamp

Go to your user settings in the utility mode, page 6, last item. It adjust the scan speed for the adf and should be on the setting on the right side. When it is on the left the image will fade.
