C-450 Getting into the Service mode

I am new to this machine and do not have a service manual as of yet. I am getting a C-D010 code and read a previous post on how to clear it, but I don't know how to get into the service mode. Please Help

To get to the "Trouble Reset" screen on the C450, hold down the UTILITY button while powering on the machine until the DOT appears on the LCD and release. Trouble reset will come up on the LCD, touch that and then power off the main power.
