That error is abnormally low fuser temp. Try Trouble reset if problem persist call a qualified tech. Make sure media setting match the stock you are using ( heavy stock run at a normal setting can suck the heat out of the fuser).
See attachment for reseting procedure
Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
Now into Ip TV KODI Boxes
this is a common problem on this model we have seen it loads of times with various reasons. ranging from faulty connecters, worn bushings in the fuser unit, faulty induction board and even a replacement machine under warranty.
follow the reset once but if it persists then get a qualified tech to look at it as you may cause more damage.
The bizhub C550 in our office was experiencing this problem this morning when I found this site. I just wan to say thanks to everyone for posting up this information. The trouble reset solution worked perfectly!

Thanks a lot for the manual how to trouble reset the printer, it worked fine for us and I'm sure it saved us lots of money!
Thanks for the information. I was able to clear the error using Trouble reset. So far, so good.
There is firmware to cure this, its version GC4-22. It also fixes the random P14 codes that appear. I`ve used it on a number of problem machines with 100% success.
thanks a lot guys this was really helpfull
