Konica 7150/fs103a

Having a problem with stapling on this machine, will staple every size perfectly all day except 8.5x11. will staple the 1st set eject it then the 1st sheet of the second set jams about 2 inches into the stacker with a code 72-68 like i said it never happens on any other size but letter, any input would be appreciated

When stapleing letter paper the fs103 places the first sheet of set 2 through whatever into a bypass paper path and feeds that sheet into the stacker while the secound sheet of the set is coming into the stacker path. check the foam rollers in the bypss guide system. (the od of these rollers is known to shrink)
