i have a counter strange with my c 351 it show me 3 578 555 444
sheets now i have a code cd xxx i recovery the nvram with the tools but the counter is crazy
can i reboot these counter

I have a electric choc and i replace new cards
can i reset these counter

if you come out code CD3XXX ,and you do the NVram Recovery then abnormal counter issue .you need change the NEW NVRAM ,but the meter all start from 0 ( new count )

check the pins in the scanner interface cable have not been damaged!
have had these pulled out and damaged by customers as they are next to the network point, can cause your symptom but you may need to replace NVRam to resolve once its damaged.
