bizhub 250 showing only blue color display

Hi experts,

we r facing a prob in bizhub 250.after switch on the machine only blue display is coming.
wat would be the prob? any remedies pls let me know.

Have a look at the contrast adjuster that is down on the right side of the control panel , the slider is normally in the centre of its run. Try moving it up and down to see if the panel contrast changes.


(Just re-read origional post...bizhub 250 does not have control on rh side. sorry! I was thinking of the old Di250!)

The bizhubs contrast control is on the bottom left of the panel

You may need to rewrite the firmware. If that is not the fix, I would swap the MFB with one from a working machine. That is the board with the card reader and NVRAM.
