Optimum environment-KM6500

Our 6500 (and our tech) remain distressed (very low click count between PMs, corona wires getting dirty very quickly). We are currently trying to change the environment (humidity, temperature, and ventilation) in the copier room to make it more conducive to optimal functioning. Right now there are really no controls- the temperature fluctuates dramatically, the humidity relies on the season, and the ventilation is awful.

What is the optimum humidity level and temperature for this machine? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your time.
