Jamming on PC-405

Hi

Is any one having problems with a bizhub c353 with a PC-405 Lct

It Seems to jam every few copies

Have tried new feed tyres on machine and DFPU as well as cutting some loops on DFPV Spring

The Paper Comes out but then stops just before the sensor also it does not register as a third tray jam but as a vertical transport jam

might seem stupid, but does the sensor have anything blocking it? and does it reach vertical transport at all or stop just under it?

it registers as a vertical transport jam but it does not reach that far it stops just before the sensor like its timeming is out
