KM-Bizhub 250 Abort Code?

Hi -

I'm working on a Kohica Minolta Bizhub 250 that is currently having copy & printing problems.

The issue is that that if you attempt to submit a 5+ page document (by either making copies or printing) the device will only print 4 pages...then the LCD will continue to flash "Printing"...nothing happens and then the Abort Code "0x00E00317" is generated.

The Drum & Developer weere replaced this past May and the unit operated fine for 6000+ copy/print jobs.

Does anyone know of this error code?

Hi again -

Just thought I'd update that I just received another error code: 0x00F00201.

Any thoughts?

Both of those codes go back to the MFBS, and the memory. I would try the memory first. It would be great for you if you could take one from a working machine and swap them to see what you need to order.

Check out bulletin TAUS0702279EN00 for 0x00F00201. Not sure if this will help w/0x00E00317, no bulletins for that one.
