Uses By-pass instead of Tray 3

Hey guys,

My Bizhub C351 wont take paper from tray 3 (8.5x11). It always asks put the paper in the by-pass tray. If I try to select the tray when sending the print job it says:

"This item can be used when the setting changes as shown below.
[Tray 3] Paper Sources: PC-102, PC-202"

Anyone know whats causing the problem and how I can fix it?

In the print driver there is a tab that is either "device settings" or "configuration" then make sure that this has all the options installed and that should take care of the issue.

I poked around and found a button called "Gather Option Information" and clicked it. Apparently I have PC-402 installed (not PC-102 or PC-202) and the tray is called LCT not Tray 3. It seems to be working fine and auto selecting the correct paper size now.

Do you happen to know what LCT stands for?
