The machine will recieve the fax store it in memory but doesn't print it.

Has it always done this? Did it start all of a sudden? Who has been in the control panel playing with the settings? There are all kinds of things that can be turned on that would stop the fax from printing, you have not given enough details. Can you go into memory and print the faxes?
