Bizhub c450 error code c3751

I am having problems with this machine the first error code it gave me was c-3201, i swapped out a fuser and it gave me c3751, i put their fuser back in and got c3751, i have done a trouble reset same code c3751 appears, i took all covers off blew machine out with air hose checked all visable conectors, turned machine back on and still have c3751. Any help would be appreciated

That code is a fuser high temp code. Try cleaning the ducts where the fuser is, could have poor air flow.

Not to be an ass but...

To clear a system error, perform the following:
1. Enter the Tech Rep mode
2. Select System 1.
3. Select Initialization.
4. Select System Error Clear.

5. When OK is displayed, cycle power

When you reset the error does the fuser begin to warm up at all?

c450 tech mode go to utilty, details, then on keypad enter stop 00 stop 01, that puts you tech mode
