    Bizhub 250/350 drum life

I`ve noticed that on some BZ 250/350`s the machine doesnt display the please change PC drum message even though the life is up. Some have gone to 138% of life with no message displayed. Does any one know why this happens?
    Your replies would be appreciated.

It is a soft switch setting. It should have come new defaulted, to show that message. Someone must have changed it, which is good. The drums and developer will go up to 200,000. Just wait for the call for poor copy quality. The dip switch is 418, bits 3 and 4. Those control "show message" and "stop running" when message is shown.

Easy way to remember it is the HEX value, just change it to 50 and it will set it correctly as well.
