    Angry konica 353 emailing meter counts

    is their anyway to set the copier up to send an email once a month with meter count with out using special software

    Yes it can be done. I use it on all my machines. It is under the admin tab of the utility menu. And if the customer does not want the scan to email available for the enduser, you can enable the counter pm and disable the scan to email. I believe that it is called Vcare lite in the admin guide.
    And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

    go to admin mode
    network tab
    next
    details
    total counter settings
    click on schedule and input daily or monthly
    edit the email and put the email you want and set schedule
    enter customer number if you want.

    The machine must be able to email out to begin with.
