    bizhub c550 misfeed detected

    Hello, we just had our printer serviced today and a couple hours later it starts saying
    "misfeed detected remove paper indicated by 0". I've poked everywhere I can get into withou feeling like I'm going to break something. Any thoughts?

    Yeah it's vague because I don't know much about printers. Sorry. It wants you to open the right side. The dot looks like almost behind the toners but even with a flashlight I can't see anything. Also it didn't jam or anything before that they were just printing along.

    I have already tried trouble reset as well from someone elses post. The printer guy may be here today and if he solves it and I get to talk to him I'll post it up.
