C-4705 Error Code

I keep having this error code appear. Any ideas on how to prevent this? It comes up about every 20,000 prints. It is on a Konica C6500. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Update your firmware to the latest level. Version 50 is the most current.

Check the image memory control board version/Part no. If it ends in 15 then this most likely will be the cause and will need to be replaced.This is found stamped on 1 corner of the circuit pwb and the last 2 digits are normally on a sticker .Hope this helps Si
