    Bizhub C351

    Unable to receive faxes. Transmitting ok. The fax board is sensing a a fax comming in I can hear the handshake but then I get a error message " job completed inproperly check the log. R25". Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

    That is an ECM error there may be noise on the line, are they sharing the line with DSL? If so install a filter. Try turning off ECM

    Make sure the marketing area for the fax is set to US.

    Thanks mastertecnicion. It's set to US. Good guess though. I've run into that problem more than once too.

    make sure that your not on VOIP. really screws up the ECM
