BH350 Fin. Jams when Duolexing

I have an FS508 on this machine and am getting Fin. exit roller jams when running Duplex off the glass only, ADF duplex is fine. It will copy and stack 20 or so copies in the side tray then the orange exit rollers look like they're stopping and starting while running. They'll then stop completely and copies will start piling up behind them. Maybe 6 or 8 copies will pile on before the machine decides something is wrong and stop. The machine only has 17k copies and has done this since new. Any thoughts? Thanks

There are one way bearings on the shafts with the green jam knobs. Sometimes they had excess grease that worked into them, cleaning them may help. Cant see why they would fail only on duplex though. Check jam counters and see if that is actually where it is saying the failure is at.

Just getting around to posting this but the Finisher cont bd., though new, was the problem.
