konica bizhub C500 pro error 34-08

Does anybody kknow what error code 34-08 is it started with a paper jam
removed the paper jam then this error came up tried resetting the machine nothing.

34-08 is Fixing roller Paper Seizure abnomality.

Did you reset 25 Dip Sw 3-1 to 0 ??

If its still doing after reset then there is something wrong with the fuser drive.

Thanks that sounds about right thats right around where the paper was stopping (12x18) next question reset codes i cant pull the fuser drawer out as soon as i turn the machine back on goes straight into error code. sydney huh
well i'm an auslander too born and raised in the bush outback queensland spent most of my time in melb though, as soon as i was old enough to get out of dodge. came over here in 1985.

No Worries!!!

Hold down buttons 2 & 5 and switch the machine on, that will bring you straight into 25 mode.

Go to Dip Sw 3-1 and change from 1 to 0.

Keep on mind that a piece of paper can be allocated in the fixing cleaning unit area! If you do not clear it, there is risk of fire.

error code sc34-08

hello there...i have the same problem
but i already removed the jammed paper but the error code it stills there
i tried the 25 mode but i got lost in the dip sw 3-1...where is that!!!!????? haha...please if you can help me out...i'll appreciate cheers!!

dip switch 3 is a software switch i will have to look at the menu again i willget back to u
