    Bizhub 500 making dirty copies

I have a buzhub 500 and when I print stuff or copy stuff the copies are coming out with a line across the page. I am guessing something needs to be cleaned...what do I do

Are you a tech or end user?
You need to check the cleaning blade/ drum , charge grid and wire, and fuser rollers for starters. Any one of these could cause your problem. Is the line in the feed direction? You do not give us much to go on!

Have you tried both the cleaning wands in the front of the machine near the toner bottle latch?

    Regards!

Have a look at the fuser roller and drum and see if they have any lines on them in the matching area. You need to open the right hand machine door and then open the inner drop down unit to see the drum. The fuser unit is also visible that side. If any of these show a line..you need a tech!
